I am a licensed Clinical and Counselling Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I finished my Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology at McGill University in 2018. Throughout my Ph.D. years and since I graduated, I have worked in various settings such as hospital settings, university counselling centres, and private practice settings.
My Approach
My approach is client-centered, integrative, and multicultural. I draw from various therapeutic modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as psychodynamic theories.
At the core of my practice is a reflective and empathic attunement to my clients. I believe that a strong and compassionate therapeutic relationship is at the heart of change in therapy.
I am dedicated to offering inclusive and culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. It is my passion to create a safe and supportive space where everyone feels understood and valued.
